Do I need studio experience to book?

No. You don't need any previous studio experience. Your engineer guides you through every step, from setting levels to choosing the best take.

How long should I book for?

We always recommend a minimum of two hours, so you're not having to rush. Longer sessions suit full songs, several vocal layers or bands.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No. The studio is fully equipped with microphones, monitoring and headphones. If you play an instrument, bring it along.

Can I record voice-overs or spoken word?

Yes. The same microphones and treated room work for voice-overs, audiobooks and spoken word.

Can I bring friends or a group?

Yes. Group sessions are welcome. Tell us how many people are coming when you enquire so we can set up the room.

Where is the studio?

Weatherill House Business Centre, 23 Whitestone Way, Croydon CR0 4WF, a 2-minute walk from Wandle Park tram stop. Private parking can be requested when you book.
